Vendor Terms & Conditions Effective Date: July 29, 2026 By registering as a Vendor on BotKida, you agree to the following: 1. Vendors must comply with Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform policies. 2. Vendors are responsible for customer data, templates, broadcasts, and campaign content. 3. Bulk messaging must follow applicable laws and anti-spam regulations. 4. BotKida may suspend vendors involved in abuse, fraud, or policy violations. 5. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law. 6 .Vendors are responsible for securing their own login credentials and API access. 7. BotKida reserves the right to update platform features, pricing, and services at any time.
